Training Packages for Any Leader

Greater Development LLC offers two types of training plans. The first is an ala carte approach to meeting the training needs for clients. Simply take advantage of one or two services that we offer. For example, you may wish for Dr. Davison to come speak to the leaders in your organization or work virtually with an individual or group. However, for a more robust training experience, a variety of packages for any budget or need can be outlined and tailored.

  • Aspiring Leader Level- In the Aspiring Leader training level, Greater Development LLC emphasizes developing leadership skills, vocabulary, and a necessary foundation to be an exemplary leader. Prior leadership experience is not necessary, however a location/scenario to practice skills is recommended.

  • Current Leader Level-The Current Leader training level assumes that clients are in a leadership role. Clients, while in that role, either need to develop additional skills, hone the skills they currently have, or remediate skill sets to be more effective leaders. An additional component of the Current Level is individualized, leadership mentoring, tailored specifically to the client and their needs. Frequency and duration are to be outlined between GDllc and the client.

  • Executive Leader Level-The Executive Leader training level is inclusive of the needs outlined in the Current Leader level, as well as equips the leader to successfully grow leaders within their teams. The GDllc Leadership Development Program will be used to facilitate the growth of other team members.

  • Consultative Level- The Consultative Leader level of Greater Development llc is a completely tailored approach to leadership growth, development, mentoring, and feedback. Frequency and duration are negotiated between GDllc and the client. The mode is entirely one-to-one and custom tailored. Additionally, Principals will have “real time” access to their Coach for questions, advice, or feedback.
