The Lodge of Leaders podcast is an effort done to help the listeners “dip a toe” into he issues and solutions of leadership development. There are several mini series included in the LoL podcast. First, there are the Lodge episodes that are general in nature and full of leadership development tools devoted to leaders to develop their own abilities. Each episode has a written episode guide to enable you to remember and enact the content mentioned. Next, the Principal Mentor Series (PMS) is a series of episodes intended to speak directly to Principals needing told to develop members of their teams and their own skill sets. Listener’s Q&A is just that… A chance for listeners to the Lodge of Leaders podcast to ask their own burning questions directly to Dr. Davison himself. Finally, there are soon to be interviews with leaders themselves describing their own leadership journeys and their tips for aspiring/developing leaders.
